Cara Sheehan needs to lose weight – fast! Her best friend’s wedding is coming up and for once in her life she doesn’t want to be the dumpy one in the corner – especially as the best man is her ex-boyfriend Niall. With the wedding fast approaching, Cara decides to enrol in a gym and the first person she walks into as soon as she sets foot inside the gym is the gorgeous part owner Rory Flanaghan, who is on leave from his dangerous job as a soldier on the front line.

Rory can’t understand why a woman as gorgeous as Cara should need to lose weight. She’s funny, feisty, intelligent and has curves in all the right places. But, Rory decides to give Cara a helping hand and suddenly, the word exercise soon begins to take on a whole new delicious meaning as they find themselves indulging in one to one sessions.

But time is running out for Rory for in a few weeks’ time he has to return to the front line, but this time Rory finds himself strangely reluctant to leave because for the first time in his life, he’s found himself falling head over heels in love.
