Review:

If it’s sassy, sexy, contemporary and fun romantic fiction you’re after, then Heidi Rice’s books should be at the very top of your list!

Feisty English girl Kate Denton doesn’t make a habit out of hanging round hotels in her knickers. But when her boss leaves her stranded in a Nevada hotel with no money and no clothes, Kate finds herself in the embarrassing position of having to do the one thing which is loathe to do: ask for help.

Help comes in the shape of rich, seductive and drop dead gorgeous hotelier Zack Boudreaux, who makes it quite clear that he’s dangerously attracted to Kate and that he can’t wait to get up close and personal to her – and preferably when she isn’t wearing any knickers!

A no-strings affair ensues, but when love rears its head, Zack and Kate realize that they’ve first got to confront their demons before they can move forward…

The Tycoon’s Very Personal Assistant is a terrific Modern Heat from one of the imprint’s most-talented writers. Witty, sexy, funny and absolutely unputdownable, The Tycoon’s Very Personal Assistant is another fabulous read from a wonderful writer whose star is rising fast: Heidi Rice!

I loved this book and how they come to terms, each of them, with their pasts. Just a beautiful and sensual love story.
