Review:

From the moment Roane spotted him naked and swimming on the beach she was transfixed or should I say mesmerized and then she realized eventually that he had returned back to Martha’s Vineyard, had returned home but what were his motives and what has he been doing for those years?

One Night with the Rebel Billionaire was sexy, hot and a fast sensual read as only Trish Wylie can pen and her billionaire alpha Adam Bryant is one sexy, handsome and beautiful man, one with secrets and twelve years to answer for to his father and brother. What he doesn’t count on is his attraction to Roane a young woman who’s working for his brother and also taking care of his father. The sexual tension between Roane and Adam leap and sizzle off the pages. And then after sexual taunting Roane is swept away and is given passion that’s she’s never known and tries to guard to heart in the process.

As they get to know each other she realizes that he is guarded about his past and why he’s returned home. Other things are also revealed to her like his high IQ, his past feelings about his father and how he grew up and then everything blows up in their face when his brother Jake reveals what he’s found out about Adam. Will Adam leave her and return to his billionaire life?

Roane and Adams love story was strong and fabulous to read and the ending a little surprising but so worth it thanks to this wonderful author Trish Wylie.

Rule 3 – This boss always gets his way!

Review: ♥♥♥♥♥

Trish Wylie has penned is an incredible romantic, sensual and sizzling love story in His Mistress, His Terms. The chemistry, the banter, the relationship itself will knock your socks off! Put that together with the story being set in Dublin, a fiery redheaded designer and a cool and confident architect who one weekend months ago, fell into each others arms for a night of passion.

When they meet up again, it’s to work together on a rock star’s Dublin hotel. From start to finish this romantic dance, their ups and downs, their getting to know each other and take their relationship to the next level is one you will not want to miss!

Merrow is a free spirit, she’s lovely, confident and funny and she remembers her weekend of passion when she met Alex at a festival and spent one of the most memorable weekends of her life. She is now faced seeing him again and when he offers her a job, she actually believes she can put her past behind her and work with Alex professionally.

Alex, is handsome, hard working but he comes with some baggage’ his family is high society. His wealth and family don’t bother him as he’s always worked for everything he’s achieved; he’s pushed himself every step of the way. His family background bothers Merrow as she comes from a very unusual background and knows this relationship can go no where.

It’s a wonderful story of cat and mouse, exceptional I would say and I congratulate Trish Wylie for this glorious, sexy and very entertaining “fairy like” tale. With it being Mills and Boon’s 100th anniversary, this book makes the celebration even more special!

CLAIMED BY THE BILLIONAIRE BAD BOY - TRISH WYLIE

Title: CLAIMED BY THE BILLIONAIRE BAD BOY

Author: TRISH WYLIE

Line: Mills and Boon Modern Heat

Release month UK: May 2008 Australia/NZ: July 2008

The S-Factor: Sizzling and Sensual

Back-Blurb:

Revenge is best served red-hot, passionate and delicious!

Heiress Ashling Fitzgerald has come home, determined to prove that she’s changed. Secretly she wants to make amends – with the tall, dark housekeeper’s son she left behind. But he’s not the boy she once knew – Gabriel Burke is now an infamous billionaire playboy!

Gabe thinks Ashling is spoilt and selfish – but still oh-so-sexy. He doesn’t want her apologies. Instead he wants her in his bed; he wants revenge…

But, once he gets it, Gabe can’t believe he is still so hungry for more…

Review: ♥♥♥♥♥

Trish Wylie has written one dynamic, remarkable and extremely romantic love story in Claimed by the Billionaire Bad Boy. Bad boy doesn’t even begin to describe Gabe, the one time Fitzgerald family housekeeper’s son now self made billionaire. Since Gabe can remember he’s always looked out for the Fitzgerald’s daughter and she drove him nuts with her shenanigans, her loveliness and then she went away. Now Ash is returning home and will probably mess up his life.

The Fitzgerald family are one of the wealthiest and respected families in Dublin. In His Mistress, His Terms you met Alex Fitzgerald (Ash’s brother) and Merrow. They appear in this story as well. Alex has designed an art studio for his sister and has hired his accomplished and wealthy long time friend Gabe to build it, knowing there will be complications when Ash and Gabe see each other. There was agitation and tension between the two when Ash left for France; a tension no one understood or what had caused the riff between the two. The reader will learn what just one kiss and oh what a kiss and the passion that resulted from it rocked both of their worlds. It’s revealed how Ash hurt Gabe publically by announcing he “was the housekeeper’s son”, how it stung and how that kiss was something Ash didn’t know how to deal with……all a major problem. When she returns will revenge be on Gabe’s mind? Will they be able to work together? Will they tell each other what’s gone on over the years they’ve been separated?

Ashling Fitzgerald is one lovely, talented and spirited woman and deep down wants people to know she’s changed and grown. When she sees Gabe she secretly knows she’s in trouble because the attraction and pull are still there and when she finally comes to act on that attraction I promise your heart will dissolve as did this reader’s. Their chemistry absolutely sizzles off the page. But it’s more than that; it’s how they keep their relationship a secret, how they hide their true feelings and emotions; it was hard to read.

Their story, seeing how the exchange of “cruel” words can hurt and wound just reminds one of a very important lesson “think before speaking”. However, for Ash and Gabe, working through it all and finally admitting it to themselves and each other was amazing and simply wonderful to read. More important was for Ashling finally feeling she belonged. It was the ultimate gift Gabe gave her and thanks to Trish Wylie, for the lessons to be reminded the reader of…….not to keep secrets, judging others by position or economic status, and how verbal cruelty can wound the heart and soul. It’s a story of trust, acceptance and of coming home!

Tidbit about Trish’s alpha, Gabe:

“Gabe is quite simply Gabe. There will never be another hero like him for me. He's stubborn, pig headed, irritating, single minded... I could go on and on and on... But oh-my-is-he-sexy!!!” TW

The Firefighter's Chosen Bride by Trish Wylie

Title: The Firefighter's Chosen Bride

Author: Trish Wylie

Line: Harlequin Presents “The Eligible Bachelors” Series

Release month North America - August 2007 UK /

The S-Factor: Sizzling!

Back-Blurb:

Circumstance has left Finn McNeill without a place to stay. Which means her only option is the spare room of rugged firefighter Shane Dwyer. Soon Finn's burning question is—should she act on the attraction smoldering between them?

The tension's simmering, the chemistry's sizzling and the flames of passion are licking at their heels! Perhaps one secret white-hot night will be enough to put out the fire?

Review:

THE FIREFIGHTER’S CHOSEN BRIDE was amazing, moving, spirited, and the two main characters Finn McNeill and Shane Dwyer just “jumped” off the page and grabbed your attention immediately.

Everyone who reads this will fall in love with Shane……he’s handsome, sensitive, funny, generous and sexy as sin. He considers the men he works with his family and knows that his best friend’s sister, Finn McNeill is off limits. However fate has other ideas for these two and when they are literally thrown together, just sit back and enjoy the ride and their story.

Finn McNeill has a secret….she’s always had a crush on Shane but because of his occupation she shies away from him. You’ll learn she lost her dad at a young age, as a firefighter he passed away in a fire. You heart goes out to her as she struggles with these deep feelings and her love and attraction for Shane. It’s very powerful and moving. As Trish states, “When you love someone it's a risk. It always is. But that's just life. You’re the one who has to make the choice and live it." Personally, I took that risk and married a firefighter and I cherish those memories along with him and our children.

This particular book meant a lot to me as my husband was a firefighter for over twenty years and Trish has portrayed the profession and the brave men who choose it in an honest, honourable and believable way. This author has obviously done her research and it showed in this book especially what it means to the man, to the woman he loves, his family and friends. It is a brotherhood of amazing men and women and I thank this author for this amazing story.

Rescued: Mother-To-Be by Trish Wylie

Title: Rescued: Mother-To-Be

Author: Trish Wylie

Line: Romance

Release month : April 2007

The S-Factor: Simmering & Sweet

Back-Blurb:

Feeling her baby's first kick was supposed to be a joyous moment for Colleen McKenna. When life dealt her the hardest blow, Colleen knew that she would have to summon up all her courage to cope with her pregnancy alone.

Now gorgeous millionaire Eamonn's kindness is testing her fierce independence. And having Eamonn Murphy's hand on her bump, feeling each tiny kick with her, makes every moment more special than the last….
Review:

Trish Wylie, Irish author obviously has a love for her country and horses making this particular reader long to travel to Ireland. Throughout the entire story, I felt as if I were there with both of these wonderful characters who had grown up together on a stud farm, Inisfree. The way Ms. Wylie describes the setting and her two main characters Colleen and Eamonn, one cannot help be transported to the luscious emerald isle

However, more importantly, this book is about home and what it means or can mean to a person. Colleen never doubted her place in life or what she wanted to do…..she loved horses, Inisfree, and as a teenager loved Eamonn. Now she’s faced with a broken down stud farm, expecting a baby and alone.

Due to the passing of his father, Eamonn now owns half of Inisfree and must return to Ireland to face Colleen and his past. As a young man, he left Ireland, his heritage and made his way in the world. In America, he became very successful in the construction field. Now he is faced with a dilemma…..Inisfree, the lovely Colleen and her beautiful newborn daughter Evie. What he does not realize is that he will learn a very valuable lesson and that is what is important in life….family and home.

Rescued Mother-To-Be is intense, sensual and full of heart. I personally fell in love with Inisfree and Ireland. This is truly a love story with a happy ending!

From Trish Wylie's Website: “What in the name of everything resembling common sense is a single girl who has never had a baby doing writing a book based around a heavily pregnant heroine??? It has turned into a piece of work that I'm very happy to put my name to! Thanks to friends like Natasha Oakley, Donna Alward and my sister-in-law, who between them have eleven kids (!!!), I got all the information I needed (a tad too much at times frankly) to help me put my mind inside that of an eight months pregnant heroine. I wouldn't have had half a chance of writing it without their help!”

Review:

This story is full of emotion and both Teagan and Brendan become real people to the reader. This book took me rather a long time to read (even for me!) and I've now realised why - it's one of those stories you don't want to end!

Teagan is a delightful heroine and I loved everything about her character.. Brendan was gorgeous and I loved his loyalty and the way he looked out for the children especially when Teagan was under pressure. It was wonderful to watch Teagan growing warmer to both the children and, eventually, Brendan.
