Bravo Family Ties

Review: ♥♥♥♥♥

Right from page one, Marnie tugged at my heart-strings. She was like a lost waif – yet feisty enough to steal his motorcycle when Jericho made her mad. And I can totally understand that. I’d get mad, too, if I overheard someone telling someone else they thought I was on drugs, and needed mental help.

Did things improve after that? Well – can you call Marnie getting hired on at the motorcycle business that Jericho was part owner of an improvement? Of course, with Marnie and Jericho being in close contact every day, the sparks flew. What do you soon get when you have sparks? You guessed it. . . Fire! More like a six-alarm blaze.

Do you think by giving a fire pure oxygen you can put it out by over-feeding it? Well, they tried. They decided that by having an affair, he’d get over her, and she’d get over being dumped by her ex-boyfriend.

I loved this story! I understood where Marnie was coming from, and Jericho. . . Jericho was easy to love. But what was the secret that had made him turn his life around? Why was he able to understand where Marnie was coming from?

Once again Christine Rimmer has given us the ultimate in love stories. Characters who are flawed, but still loveable. This is yet another “Bravo” book, but it’s just as fresh and captivating as the first one. Christine writes with a flair for the unusual. A motorcycle builder. . . I loved it.
