Review:

Kate Hardy’s fourth novel for the Modern Romance Extra line is absolutely spellbinding! Sexy, sassy and absolutely riveting, In The Gardener’s Bed, is another keeper by this much-loved author.

Amanda Neave finds herself swapping the city for the Cambridgeshire fens when she agrees to star in her friend’s reality show where she has to swap lives with somebody who is her complete opposite – and Will Daynes couldn’t more different than she is! Whilst Amanda is a city girl whose life revolves around her work, Will loves the great outdoors and his job as a landscape garden designer ensures that he never has to bear the stifling oppression of an office.

Amanda is all set to hate Will and his lifestyle, but the more time she spends with him, the more she realises that life in the country is not as awful as she thought it would be – and that Will is the most gorgeous man she’s ever clapped eyes on.

Before she knows it, Amanda finds herself falling in love with Will, but will she choose her career in the City or her future with the man of her dreams by her side?

Kate Hardy never fails to deliver wonderfully written novels which tug at the heartstrings and In The Gardener’s Bed doesn’t disappoint! Emotional, heartrending and absolutely unputdownable, In The Gardener’s Bed is another excellent novel in the Modern Romance Extra series – and another keeper by this talented storyteller!
